For shipping within India, we strive to deliver your order within a maximum of 5 working days after dispatch. However, please note that these timelines may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances. We use reliable and trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you in a safe and secure manner.

For our international customers, we do offer shipping services worldwide. However, please note that shipping timelines may vary based on your location and the customs regulations of your country. Our team will ensure that your order is dispatched at the earliest and will keep you updated on the status of your delivery.

To make your shopping experience even better, we offer free shipping for all orders above Rs. 999 within India. For orders below this value, a nominal shipping charge will be added to your order total.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We handcraft our jewellery using the finest materials and skilled karigars. We put each product through a rigorous quality check to ensure that it meets our high standards. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to return or exchange your order.

Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted in the following cases:

If the order was damaged in transit: In case you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with our customer support team within 72 hours (3 Days) of receiving the order.

If the order was incorrect: In case you receive an incorrect order, please get in touch with our customer support team within within 72 hours (3 Days) of receiving the order.

We will initiate a return process and arrange for the correct / exchange product to be shipped to your address.

Please note that returns and exchanges will not be accepted in any other case. If you wish to return or exchange your order, please make sure to return it exactly as you received it, unworn and with the original packaging intact.

NOTIFY

In order to notify us about a return/exchange and initiate the return process, we request you to send us a photograph of the damaged or incorrect product to our customer support team at entiquejewellery@gmail.com.

Please mention your order number and the reason for the return or exchange in the email. Our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible to initiate the return or exchange process and guide you through the necessary steps.

APPROVAL

Our QC Team will review the photograph and assess the product's condition to determine whether it is eligible for a return or exchange.

Please note that it is at the discretion of our QC Team to approve the return or exchange of the product. We may request additional information or photographs to make a final decision.

Once the return or exchange is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return process. We will also keep you updated on the status of your return or exchange.

DISPATCH
Please note that once we receive the damaged or incorrect product, we will dispatch the fresh or correct product as soon as possible. We will keep you updated on the status of the exchange or return and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Please be advised that we are not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged during transit. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and package the product securely to ensure its safe delivery.

Also, please note that we are not liable for any returns that we were not notified of. Therefore, we request you to notify us immediately in case you wish to return or exchange any product.

Package lost in shipment or refused by the recipient - We are not responsible for any lost or refused packages during shipment. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service while returning and ensure that someone is available to receive the package.

Products returned in a used or damaged condition - We are unable to accept products that have been returned in a used or damaged condition. Therefore, we request you to return the product exactly as you received it, unworn, and with the original packaging.

Products returned due to size issues - Please check the size guides carefully before making a purchase. We do not accept returns for products returned due to size issues.

Incorrect delivery address - We are not responsible for any products that are delivered to an incorrect address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Non-faulty or undamaged jewellery - We are unable to accept returns for non-faulty or undamaged jewellery. If you have any concerns about the quality of our products, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Minor variations in colour & design of the jewellery - Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be minor variations in colour and design of the jewellery.

After more than 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agent - If our courier agent has made more than 3 failed delivery attempts, we may not be able to provide a refund for the product.
